Securely pack your jewelry in its original ALV Jewels box or pouch and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be issued once our team inspects the items.
