How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all ALV Jewels products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
